Generous Gin is crafted by √îdevie Creative Spirits in the French city of Cognac, distilling each botanical separately in small copper pot stills using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion, then blending the distillates with juniper spirit to create a harmonious, French-character gin. Azur is inspired by the C√¥te d'Azur — the French Riviera — combining Mediterranean citrus and flowers for a gin that captures the spirit of the southern French coast.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Powerful and complex Mediterranean citrus on the nose — violets and delicate basil float above vivid blood orange and lemon. Structured and particularly aromatic on the palate, with fresh violet, basil and blood orange in harmony, finishing with a lingering bitter orange note.
