1800 Tequila was founded in 1975 — named for the year tequila was first aged in oak — and is produced at La Rojeña in Jalisco, one of the oldest active distilleries in Latin America. It is owned by the Beckmann family, the same family behind Jose Cuervo. Guachimontón is a limited expression named after the pre-Columbian circular pyramid site in Jalisco, produced in very small quantities from highland agave.

Tequila Style Añejo (Limited Edition)
ABV 40%
Agave 100% Blue Weber Agave
Tasting Notes Deep amber with a rich, layered nose of cooked agave, dark caramel and dried fruit, with a whisper of toasted oak and vanilla. Full and warming on the palate with honeyed agave sweetness, dark fruit and a long, complex, spiced finish.
Serve Sipped slowly and neat to appreciate its depth; best enjoyed as a luxury after-dinner spirit
