Generous Gin is crafted by Ôdevie Creative Spirits in the French city of Cognac, distilling each botanical separately in small copper pot stills using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion, then blending the distillates with juniper spirit to create a harmonious, French-character gin.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Subtle and floral on the nose — elderflower and jasmine soften the juniper, with fresh citrus zest lifting the bouquet. On the palate the attack is explosive and fruity, with mandarin and lemon sublimating the spicy juniper base. The finish is spicier and more herbal — a gin that opens up generously with every sip.
Serve G&T with premium tonic, a lemon twist and a pink peppercorn; or a Jasmine Rhapsody cocktail with elderflower cordial and lemon juice
