Etsu — meaning 'pleasure' in Japanese — is handcrafted at the Asahikawa Distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Japan, using Taisetsu Mountain meltwater and botanicals macerated for 22 hours before distillation in a copper pot still.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Highly aromatic and floral — yuzu citrus immediately dominates the nose, bright and slightly tart, with cherry blossom and green tea adding a distinctly Japanese delicacy over a clean juniper background. Smooth and balanced on the palate with yuzu leading, sansho pepper adding a gentle warm spice, a touch of liquorice and a rounded, silky finish.
Serve G&T with premium Indian tonic, a wedge of grapefruit and a sprig of mint; or sipped neat over ice with a citrus peel to appreciate the yuzu botanicals
