Elit by Stoli, launched in 2003 as the world's first ultra-premium vodka, is produced from single-estate winter wheat and rye (97% wheat, 3% rye) grown on the Rapuga Farm in Tambov, Russia. After triple distillation, it undergoes proprietary freeze-filtration at exactly –18°C, chilling the spirit until microscopic impurities solidify and are trapped in ion-charged filters.

Vodka Description Crystal clear with an almost glycerine-like viscosity from the freeze filtration. Fresh milled wheat and lemon cream pie on the nose with an anise backing — a signature cool minerality. Silky and medium-bodied on the palate with cooked grain, fresh-baked baguette, cream of wheat, vanilla custard and citrus zest. The finish is long and sweet with rye, lemon buttercream, white pepper, liquorice and a stony mineral fade.
