Château Ksara is Lebanon's oldest winery, founded by Jesuit monks in 1857 in the Bekaa Valley, and remains the country's largest producer. Sunset, made since the 1970s, created rosé culture in Lebanon and remains a national icon, bottled in a distinctive flute-shaped bottle.
