Caorunn (pronounced 'ka-roon', Gaelic for rowan berry) is made at the Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland — one of the oldest working distilleries in the Highlands — using a rare copper berry chamber, one of only four in the world, to vapour-infuse five unique Scottish botanicals. Scottish Raspberry adds hand-picked Scottish raspberries to the five wild botanicals for a vibrant, fruit-forward expression.
