Caorunn (pronounced 'ka-roon', Gaelic for rowan berry) is made at the Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland — one of the oldest working distilleries in the Highlands — using a rare copper berry chamber, one of only four in the world, to vapour-infuse five unique Scottish botanicals.

Botanicals 5 Scottish botanicals: rowan berry, heather, coul blush apple, dandelion leaf, bog myrtle — plus 6 traditional botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon and orange peel, cassia bark
Gin Description Crystal clear. A fresh and floral nose with wild heather and rowan berry giving a distinctly Scottish character, alongside classic juniper, light citrus and a hint of crisp apple. On the palate the apple from the unique coul blush apple botanical comes through — light, off-dry and refreshing — with a herbal mid-palate and a long, dry, floral finish.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and a slice of red apple and fresh rosemary; or a Caorunn Apple Sour with apple juice, lemon and egg white
