Gin Description Crystal clear. Piney juniper on the nose with floral lavender, musky angelica and lime zest. Despite the exotic Asian botanicals, the palate reads clearly in the traditional style — led by piney juniper, with generous nutty angelica and a mellow black pepper spice finish. Soft-textured and smooth with a medium-short, gently astringent finish.
