Beluga Vodka is produced at the Mariinsk Distillery in Siberia, one of Russia's oldest distilleries, named after the prized Beluga sturgeon — the source of the world's most expensive caviar. Every expression is distilled from malt spirit and pure Siberian artesian spring water, then rested for a minimum of 30 days. Allure was created in honour of Beluga's championship polo team, rested 60 days with added trace notes of maple and fig.
