The second release in Teeling's acclaimed Wonders of Wood series, this Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is matured exclusively in virgin Portuguese oak — a rare, high-tannin wood native to the Iberian Peninsula. Crafted from an equal split of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled at Teeling's Dublin distillery, it follows the first WOW edition, which was named World's Best Single Pot Still at the 2022 World Whiskies Awards. The result is a bold, richly spiced expression showing savoury marmalade, toasted oak and warm tobacco notes rarely found in Irish whiskey.
