Olmeca Altos was created in 2009 by Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández alongside renowned bartenders Henry Besant and Andrés Masso, blending the traditional tahona stone-wheel method (50%) with modern roller mill production (50%) to create a complex, agave-rich tequila at an accessible price.

Tasting Notes Crystal clear. Sweet and fresh citrus on the nose with cooked agave, a touch of pepper and a light floral quality from the highland terroir. Clean and agave-forward on the palate, lively and well-structured, with a long, bright, citrus-tinged finish. The 50% tahona production gives it more texture than most blancos at this price.
