Masi Agricola, run by the Boscaini family since 1772, is one of Valpolicella's leading producers and pioneers of the appassimento method. Costasera is the estate's benchmark Amarone, a cru selection from hillside vineyards in the Valpolicella Classico zone. This bottling carries the label from the second edition of Masi's Costasera Contemporary Art project, featuring Swiss artist Maya von Moos's work “The Metamorphosis of Material,” created for a limited release of the 1999 vintage.
