Laplandia is produced by the Shaman Distillery in a remote area on the Lapland border of Finland, the result of a partnership between a diamond jeweller and a former roadie. It uses pure artesian groundwater from Lapland — among the softest and most mineral-free water in the world — and seven-times distilled wheat spirit sweetened with a touch of natural heather honey.
