Gin Mare is distilled in an 18th-century chapel in Vilanova i la Geltr√∫, Catalonia, Spain — home of the Gir√≥ family since 1835. Created by Marc and Manuel Gir√≥, it is the first Mediterranean gin, built on four signature botanicals — Arbequina olive, fresh basil, rosemary and thyme — alongside citrus peels macerated for 12 months. Gin Mare Capri was created for the brand's 10th anniversary, adding lemons from the island of Capri and bergamot from Calabria to the four signature Mediterranean botanicals.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Rich and citrus-forward on the nose — bright Capri lemon and Italian bergamot lift the classic Gin Mare botanical profile into something lighter and more aromatic, with the buttery olive and herb character still present underneath. The palate reflects the Mediterranean Sea itself — warm herbs, a hint of spice and perfectly balanced citrus, with the bergamot gaining prominence. Medium-length finish with a soft, savoury, citrusy character.
Serve Capri Gin & Tonic: Gin Mare Capri, Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic, fresh lemonade and a basil leaf garnish over ice; or served neat in a copa glass over ice with a lemon twist
