Gin Mare is distilled in an 18th-century chapel in Vilanova i la Geltr√∫, Catalonia, Spain — home of the Gir√≥ family since 1835. Created by Marc and Manuel Gir√≥, it is the first Mediterranean gin, built on four signature botanicals — Arbequina olive, fresh basil, rosemary and thyme — alongside citrus peels macerated for 12 months.

Gin Description Crystal clear. A distinctly Mediterranean and savoury nose — rosemary and thyme immediately, then olive brine, juniper and a wave of hand-peeled citrus. On the palate it is smooth, herbaceous and slightly vegetal, with the savoury olive character adding a unique depth that no other gin can replicate. The finish is long and lingering, with olive and thyme.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, a sprig of rosemary and a twist of orange; pairs exceptionally well with seafood and Mediterranean mezze
