Espolòn is produced at Destilería San Nicolas in Los Altos (the highlands) of Jalisco, Mexico, a region known for the sweetness and complexity of its agave. Its striking Day of the Dead-inspired label celebrates Mexican heritage and culture. The Reposado is aged in new American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 4 months.

Tasting Notes Pale gold. A warm, inviting nose of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak layered over the bright highland agave character of the Blanco. Buttery smooth on the palate with citrus, caramel, vanilla and light spice from the French oak, finishing with a warm, satisfying persistence.
Serve Sipped neat or in a Reposado Margarita; the balance of oak and agave makes it equally good in a Tequila Old Fashioned
