El Jimador — named for the skilled agave harvesters of Jalisco — has been produced by Casa Herradura since 1994, using 100% Blue Weber agave from the same estate as Herradura. The Reposado is aged for 2 months in new American white oak barrels.

Tasting Notes Pale gold. Smooth and approachable on the nose with sweet agave, subtle vanilla and light oak undertones. A gentle, balanced palate with agave sweetness and soft oak-derived caramel, finishing cleanly and pleasantly.
Serve A reliable everyday Reposado Margarita or mixing tequila; also smooth enough to sip on the rocks
