Edinburgh Gin was founded in 2010 in Scotland's capital and is distilled using a unique blend of 14 botanicals, six of which are native Scottish plants, in a traditional copper pot still at the Braid Hills Distillery.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Bright and zesty on the nose — Scottish lavender and pine buds give a distinctly Scottish character alongside lively citrus from lemon, lime and lemongrass. Clean, zesty and smooth on the palate with a balance of softness and bright citrus, with a distinctively smooth, crisp finish.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and a twist of lime; or a classic Edinburgh Gimlet with fresh lime juice
