Brewed by the Kizakura Shuzo Sake Brewery in Kyoto, Bijito Junmai Nihonshu is a pure-rice sake made only from rice, water and koji, with no added distilled alcohol. Crafted from Koshi Hikari rice and Kyoto's soft Fushimi spring water, it offers a smooth, rounded style that works equally well served chilled or gently warmed.
