Wine Description Deep, opaque garnet red, made by drying hand-picked grapes for around 100 days to concentrate sugar and flavour before a slow fermentation and barrel ageing. The nose offers ripe plum, dried cherry and a whisper of toasted spice; the palate is rich and velvety, balancing dense dark fruit with firm structure and a long, warming finish.
