Tasting Notes A bold, authentic artesanal mezcal character — woodsmoke, roasted agave and earthy complexity on the nose, with wild botanical herbs and a tropical sweetness beneath. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate despite the higher ABV, with a complexity that reflects the wild agave and hand-crafted process. The finish is long, warm and smoky with a lingering mineral earthiness.
Serve Sipped slowly neat in a clay copita to honour the craft — never with salt and lime, which masks the complexity; or in a Mezcal Negroni or Oaxacan Old Fashioned
