The Botanist is distilled by Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay, Scotland, using a rare Lomond still named Ugly Betty. Alongside 9 classic gin botanicals, it incorporates 22 wild Islay botanicals — hand-foraged sustainably across the island's windswept shores and hillsides.

Gin Description Complex and intriguing. The nose is slow and herbal — delicate wildflowers, subtle juniper, fresh mint and a whisper of brine from the Islay air. After 17 hours of slow distillation, the palate is beautifully layered — each sip reveals a new botanical — with a gentle sweetness, earthy depth and a long, floral, softly piney finish.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and a slice of cucumber; or sip slowly over ice to appreciate the full 31-botanical complexity
