Gin Description Crystal clear. A beautifully unusual and aromatic nose — Darjeeling first flush tea leads with its characteristic floral, muscatel grape character alongside classic juniper and fresh citrus peel. Smooth and complex on the palate with delicate tea tannins providing a subtle structure, floral citrus mid-palate and a long, clean, gently spiced finish with a lingering tea note.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, a slice of lemon and a Darjeeling tea ice cube; or a Teasmith Martini with Earl Grey-infused dry vermouth
