Sipsmith, founded in Hammersmith, London in 2009, was the first copper pot distillery to open in London in nearly 200 years. Distilled one batch at a time in a traditional 300-litre copper pot still named Prudence, it remains one of the finest genuine London Dry Gins.

Gin Description A classic and beautifully crafted London Dry. The nose is fresh and aromatic — juniper-forward with bright lemon curd, a hint of orange blossom honey, and warm spice. On the palate juniper comes first, followed by bright citrus mid-palate and a gentle spice of cassia and coriander on the warm, dry finish with a creamy licorice note.
Serve Classic G&T with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and a lemon slice; outstanding in a Martini, Negroni or Tom Collins
