Nord√©s Atlantic Galician Gin is distilled near Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, northwest Spain, using a base spirit made from locally grown Albari√±o grapes — rather than grain — and infused with 11 botanicals, six of which are native to Galicia's wild Atlantic coastline.

Gin Description Crystal clear. Bright and sweetly aromatic on the nose with fresh citrus from the Albariño grape base, sage, lemon verbena and floral hibiscus notes. The palate leads with herbaceous sage and bay leaf, evolving into a floral hibiscus and citrus mid-palate, with a smooth, gently saline finish that evokes the Galician Atlantic coast.
Serve G&T with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh rosemary; pairs exceptionally well with seafood and oysters
