One of Michel Couvreur's flagship expressions, Blossoming Auld Sherried is a single Scotch malt shipped to the house's cellars in Bouzé-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, and matured for around 15 years in an exceptionally old, richly impregnated Montilla-Moriles sherry butt.

Color Deep mahogany
ABV 45%
Nose Maple syrup pancakes giving way to rich black cherries, cloves, bread-and-butter pudding, treacle and apple blossom
Taste Warm, velvety and opulent, layered with Christmas cake, raisin, cinnamon stick and dried orange peel
Finish Long, with lingering vanilla custard sweetness
