Casa Herradura has been cultivating Blue Weber agave on its San José del Refugio Hacienda in Amatitán, Jalisco since 1870 — one of Mexico's most celebrated and historic tequila estates. The agave grows for up to 10 years before hand-harvesting.

Tasting Notes Crystal clear. Fresh and vibrant agave on the nose with light citrus, floral notes and a mineral edge from the volcanic soil of the San José del Refugio estate. Bright and clean on the palate with cooked agave, fresh citrus and a long, dry, peppery finish. Unlike most blancos, Herradura Plata rests 45 days — longer than required.
