Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is handcrafted at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, Ireland by master distiller PJ Rigney. It takes its name from the Chinese gunpowder tea — a key botanical — slowly vapour-infused alongside exotic and local botanicals over a full day in a custom copper pot still. Sardinian Citrus adds Sardinian citrus — bitter orange, lemon and grapefruit from the island — as an additional hero botanical alongside the classic gunpowder tea.
