Absolut Elyx is the luxury single-estate expression of Absolut, distilled entirely by hand in a manually operated vintage copper column still from 1921 at the original Absolut distillery in Åhus, Sweden. Every drop is made from winter wheat grown on the Råbelöf estate, which has cultivated wheat since the 1400s — seed to bottle within 15 miles. Absolut calls it 'liquid silk.'
